How do you define your style? I love updated classics. I live in dresses and open toe shoes. For professional attire think Jackie O. Elegant, simple and clean designs. For evening out, I love dressing up. Date night includes jeans, heels and a classy, sexy top. My everyday? I really like a polished look. A clean tailored dress with fantastic shoes and a great purse.

What are your fashion essentials? Snake skin pumps, animal print shoes, a black dress, pencil skirts. A wonderful white shirt. I love solid colors with a punch.

If I were to raid your closet what will I find most? Lots of dresses and shoes.

If you can indulge and you have unlimited budget, how will your closet change? I would go shopping more frequently.

Do you plan your outfit to wear the night before? Sometimes

Do you keep most of your clothes or do you give them to charity to add more pieces to your collection? I do give them to charity.

Which celebs or fashion icons have influenced your style? Lady Diana inspired me as a young girl.

What do you splurge on? Shoes, accessories and great clothes.

I know a couple of fashionistas that start with their shoes to put together an ensemble, what is your process? I start with clothing first, then accessories and shoes are usually the finishing touch.

Which brands are you loyal to and why? Calvin Klein. Clean lines.

What kind of adversity have you ever dealt with and what valuable life lessons did you learn from it? I am an 8 year breast cancer survivor.

What’s been the best take away from it? I really love mentoring newly diagnosed women going through breast cancer and providing hope to them.

How do you stay in shape? I work out 3 times every week.

Have you always exercised? Yes.

What charitable cause are you involve with? American Cancer Society.

Favorite spot to dine? I love food and I always eat dessert! So anywhere with good desserts.

What is your weekend like? The gym, errands and dining out and church.

Getaway destination? I am an island girl and absolutely love the beach.

What’s next for you? 2017 has already proven to be a year successful thus far. I am very grateful that I have been issued a patent that I have been working on for the last five years. The product that I created, THE PINK POUCH SHOWER WRAP is now available on Amazon. I am excited to see patients continue to have a better way of healing and a better way of life!
